In 2015 I had the idea to animate the Ogilvy logo as a farewell project, in a way to force myself to learn a bit of frame-by-frame animation and also because it was a cool match for the brand.
The concept came from the idea to blend David Ogilvy's craftsmanship vision for Advertising and the flow of his own signature.
I sketched the line work in Flash, cleaned up and painted in Photoshop and then took it to After Effects for post and camera work.
